Crescent Lake Subdivision

Crescent Lake is a beautiful subdivision along a small creek-fed lake. Several large
clusters of trees were preserved with this project along with the existing house located on
Lot 28. This subdivision is located across Goff Farm Road from the Stonebridge Golf
Course Clubhouse.

west of Rupple Road on the west side of Fayetteville. The entire south boundary of this
subdivision was dedicated as Park Land to the City.

Lakewood is a Planned Zone District consisting of detached single-family townhome units
with alleys providing rear access to each home. The development includes 3/4 acre large
tree covered common area and extensive landscaping. Lakewood is located just east of
Highway 265 and north of Zion Road.

McNair Track & Happy Hollow Parking Lot Expansion
McNair Track is located behind McNair Middle school along Hwy 45 (Mission Rd.) in
Fayetteville. The track has been a greatly utilized feature by not only the students, but the
public as well.
Happy Hollow Parking Lot Expansion is located at Happy Hollow Elementary north of
Huntsville Road in Fayetteville. The parking lot expansion required working around not only
the existing parking lot, but an existing building and several large trees.
McNair Track is located behind McNair Middle school along Hwy 45 (Mission Rd.) in

Our Commercial Projects
The Stadium Centre & Rockin' Chicken
The Stadium Centre is located on Highway 62 in southwest Fayetteville. This is a strip mall
with two out-parcels. Recently the east out-parcel was approved by the City for Rockin'
Chicken, a fast food restaurant. Large trees were preserved along most of the west property
line with the development of this property.

Scottswood Subdivision
17 Residential Lots, Fayetteville, Arkansas
Scottswood is located in the Hillside/Hilltop Overlay District. This development required
several retaining walls and a tree preservation area of 0.73 acres. Scottswood is located on
Old Farmington Road on the southwest side of Fayetteville.

Woodbury is another Planned Zone District and is directly across Zion Road from
Lakewood. This development not only includes amenities such as a clubhouse and future
pool, but large trees scattered around the property.

The Pines at Springwoods
Phase 1 of 122 Residential Units, Fayetteville, Arkansas
The Pines is located south of the wetland area in Springwoods. Retaining walls were
designed to create an area for our Baby Boomers with all units being ADA accessible. This
development features a wonderful clubhouse with fireplace, kitchen and exercise room,
plus an outdoor pool. The entire east property line was left intact with existing large trees as
a buffer for future developments to the east.

Mavrick Addition is not only a replat of a Commercial development but a series of Large
Scale Developments. Currently under construction is a small strip mall on the east end of
this project. Mavrick Addition is located in Johnson, Arkansas just across from the Inn at the
Mill off of I-540.

Shoppes at the Bluff & East Meets West Salon
Shoppes at the Bluff is located directly west of the Northwest Arkansas Mall and is currently
under construction on the East Meets West Salon portion of this project. The future
buildings on this project are slated for restaurants and/or retail with each being a
stand-alone building. East Meets West Salon will sit atop a knoll with a beautiful view to the
south.
